Markus Kirschner

Physicist

Markus Kirschner attended the HTL (Higher Technical Education Institute) for Precision Engineering in Mödling (Lower Austria) and then completed his diploma studies in technical physics at the Vienna University of Technology. After completing his doctorate at the Vienna University of Technology, he worked for several years as an R&D manager in the fields of photovoltaics and building integrated PV, gaining extensive know-how and development experience. Since 2012, Markus Kirschner has been working as an independent consultant in product development and project and funding management in various technical industries, such as photovoltaics and stand-alone systems, rugged IT devices and LED lighting and screens. In particular, he now brings over 15 years of experience in the areas of photovoltaics and building integrated photovoltaics.

Dominik Malin

Hardware and Software Developer

Dominik Malin attended the HTL (Higher Technical Education Institute) for Communications Engineering in Rankweil (Vorarlberg) and then completed his diploma studies in electrical engineering and industrial engineering and computer science at the Vienna University of Technology. After completing his studies, he was able to gain several years of experience as a software and hardware developer for a photovoltaic company. Since 2012, Dominik Malin has been working as an independent consultant in the fields of electronics, photovoltaics and stand-alone systems. He has been developing software and hardware in the field of PV systems for over 15 years.

When you visit our website, your IP address and the beginning and end of the session will be saved for the duration of the respective session. This is due to technicalities and constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art 6 para 1 letter f GDPR. We do not process this data further.

Web analytics

Our website uses the open source web analytics service Matomo. Information about the use of this website is stored on our server. The IP address is anonymised before saving.
Data is saved to analyse user behaviour based on Art 6 para 1 letter f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analysing user behaviour on an anonymised basis to optimise both its online experience as well as its advertising. Your IP address is recorded, but quickly pseudonymised (by deleting the last 16 bits). This means that only a rough localisation is possible. Matomo processes the following data: cookies, pseudonymised IP addresses, pseudonymised location (based on the anonymised IP address), date and time, title of the page downloaded, URL of the page downloaded, URL of the previous page (if this is possible), screen resolution, local time, files clicked on and downloaded, external links, time needed for download the page, country, region, city (with low precision due to IP address), main language of the browser, user agent of the browser, interactions with forms (but not their content). The data from this website and Matomo are hosted solely in Germany. At no point does the data leave the EU.
